As a supporter of Slow Food UK I have long wanted to contribute to the annual Slow Food celebration that is Terra Madre but have been unable to justify the financial and ecological cost of travelling to Italy. This year the entire Salon moved online, allowing me to contribute.
My session was an online chocolate tasting of five different chocolate bars made using cocoa from five different origins – a look at how terroir affects chocolate taste.
