On Saturday St Barnabas Church in Southfields bravely ran an Autumn Fair. Sophie and the team did a great job in ensuring social distancing and a one-way flow, Ian did a deal with God to ensure we had wonderful sunshine all day and the Abundance Southfields crew gave away apples and sold all their cider (don’t worry there is plenty more on the way).

We now need to think about if and how we can do an Abundance Christmas Event, following the success of last years bash at Southfields Lawn Tennis Club. All suggestions gratefully received.
After the Fair I did some experimentation with some of the open tasters we had left and I came up with this totally terrific cocktail:
Ribena For Grown Ups
In a glass jug mix 1.5 litres of Abundance Southfields cider with 4 jiggers of Blackberry Vodka (or you could use Creme De Cassis).
Add a handful of fresh mint leaves
Serve over ice
Write off the rest of the afternoon
